On November 21, 2023, we experienced an exciting tour of Gate Gourmet at Zurich Airport with over 50 participants, where we were given a deep insight into the demanding work of the leading airline caterer. Afterwards, we invited all participants to a fondue nearby at Baracca-Zermatt.

The challenges that Gate Gourmet has to face every day were impressive. We would like to thank Samuel Schneeberger and his team for the time they took for us and the impressive impressions we gained.

We all enjoyed being together over a fondue in a great atmosphere in the cozy Baracca-Zermatt - www.baracca-zermatt.ch in Kloten.
